This summary is not the agreement. It is here so you can understand what you are reserving before reading the full terms. If the summary and the terms disagree, the terms below apply.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Supported Health Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (‘Supported’, ‘we’, ‘us’). ‘You’ means the individual professional who reserves or buys an Early Adopter membership.
Early Adopter membership is bought by an individual professional in their own name. Clinic memberships and Founding Memberships are separate products with separate terms.
2. What Early Adopter membership means
An Early Adopter is a professional who reserves a place before Supported launches and joins on the introductory price in section 4. It is a paid membership tier, not a job, title, qualification, partnership or investment.
For as long as your membership remains active, your profile may display an ‘Early Supporter’ status showing that you joined before launch. It does not mean that Supported recommends you, has assessed the quality of your care, or gives you a higher search position. It is not the Founding Member badge and does not include Founding Member benefits.
The membership and introductory price belong to you. They cannot be transferred. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price available at that later time applies.
3. Who can join
To join, you must be 19 or older, be an eligible allied health or autism support professional serving people in British Columbia, hold the registration or credentials required for your discipline, and sign up in your own name.
We may decline or cancel a reservation if you do not meet these conditions. If we discover after charging you that you were not eligible, we will refund that charge unless your application contained deliberately false or misleading information.
4. Reservation, charges and automatic renewal
4.1 Nothing is charged today
Reserving an Early Adopter place costs CAD $0 today. You provide and save a payment method for future membership charges. A reservation does not start a paid membership before launch.
4.2 Charges begin at launch
We will email you at least 7 days before the first charge with the launch date, the amount and instructions for cancelling. Unless you cancel before that charge, you authorize Supported to charge CAD $19 plus applicable taxes to your saved payment method on the launch date and monthly thereafter for your first 12 monthly billing periods.
‘Launch’ means the date Supported first makes its searchable professional directory generally available to families in British Columbia. The launch is currently planned for 1 November 2026, but that date is not guaranteed.
4.3 Automatic renewal after the first year
After the first 12 monthly billing periods, your membership automatically continues at CAD $39 per month plus applicable taxes until you cancel. We will email you at least 7 days before the first $39 charge with its date and amount.
4.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. We may pause or unpublish your profile until payment is made. We will not charge a late fee unless we tell you beforehand and the law permits it.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time and have no fixed-term commitment.
Before launch, cancellation ends your reservation and no membership fee will be charged. After launch, cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for. Your profile remains available until then unless you ask us to unpublish it sooner, and no further membership charge will be taken.
Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law or where this Agreement expressly provides otherwise. If we charge you after a cancellation was properly submitted before the billing date, we will refund that charge, including the related taxes, within 10 business days.
6. What the membership includes
The membership includes a credential-first professional profile published only with your confirmation, the profile and account features included in the Early Adopter plan, and Early Supporter status on your profile while the membership remains active.
Features may evolve as Supported develops. We will not use payment level to determine search position.
7. What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific number of enquiries, clients, bookings or any level of income. We do not endorse or refer families to particular professionals. The planned launch date is not guaranteed, and some features described before launch may change or may not be available at launch.
8. This is not an investment
Early Adopter membership is a subscription to a service. It is not an investment, security, share, loan or ownership interest. It gives you no revenue share, voting right, board seat or control over Supported.
9. Your profile and credentials
Nothing about you is published until you confirm it. Your words, photographs and other profile materials remain yours, and you permit us to display them while your profile is live. You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and your credentials current.
You must tell us within 10 business days if your registration status changes. We may unpublish a profile if a credential expires, lapses, is suspended, is withdrawn, or cannot be verified.
10. Your obligations
You must provide accurate information, follow your professional and advertising obligations, communicate respectfully, protect family information, and use family contact details only to respond to the family’s enquiry or provide care.
You must hold professional liability insurance appropriate to your discipline while your profile is live and provide evidence when you join and when we reasonably request it.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information under applicable privacy laws, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, Canada’s PIPEDA. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your choices. It forms part of this Agreement.
12. Suspending or ending the membership
You may cancel under section 5. We may suspend or end a membership for a serious or repeated breach, including false credentials, misuse of family information, non-payment, or conduct that puts families at risk. Where reasonable, we will first tell you the problem and give you a chance to correct it.
If we end the membership for reasons unrelated to your breach or misconduct, we will refund any prepaid unused portion of the current monthly billing period on a prorated basis and stop future charges.
13. Changes to these terms or the service
If a change materially affects what you receive or pay, we will give at least 15 days’ notice. Your $19 rate for the first 12 monthly billing periods and the $39 monthly renewal rate will not be increased during those stated periods without your express agreement. If you do not accept another material change, you may cancel before it takes effect and will not be charged again.
14. Liability
Section 14 of the Supported Terms of Service applies to this Agreement. You remain responsible for your professional practice, services, advice, treatment, profile information and interactions with families.
If someone brings a claim against Supported because of your profile content, credentials, care, or misuse of a family’s contact details, you will cover our reasonable costs and any amount we are ordered or agree to pay, except to the extent the claim was caused by Supported’s own error or wrongdoing. We will notify you promptly, allow you to participate in handling the claim, and consult you before settling it.
15. General
This Agreement, the Supported Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Supported. If they conflict about Early Adopter membership, this Agreement applies.
They are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. You cannot transfer this membership.
