Professional Membership Agreement

Supported Health Ltd. | Version 2.0 | Effective 1 November 2026

1. Membership and eligibility

This agreement is between Supported Health LTD., operating as Supported, and the solo professional accepting it. It supplements the Terms and Conditions. For subscription pricing, the beta offer and founding status, this agreement and the offer expressly accepted at signup take priority over general website language. Nothing overrides mandatory law or grants broader privacy consent than you actually give.

Membership is available only in disciplines Supported covers and is accepting at the time of application. It covers one individual professional profile for services the professional is authorised to provide in BC. It is not a clinic or multi-professional subscription and cannot be transferred to another person. Working at a clinic does not itself make an individual ineligible, but a solo account cannot publish a clinic roster or represent a team subscription. Clinics and teams are not currently being onboarded, and clinic pricing has not been announced.

You must be at least 19, provide accurate identity and professional information, hold the credentials required for the services and titles you advertise, and maintain any registration, insurance or other authorisation required by law or your professional obligations. We may request proportionate evidence and independently check appropriate sources. Submission does not guarantee approval. A profile is published only after our review and your publication authorisation. Approved profiles are publicly visible during beta; publication does not wait until the February 1, 2027 public launch.

2. Your profile and responsibilities

Keep your credentials, services, locations, availability, fees and funding information accurate. Notify us immediately if suspension, expiry or a restriction affects your authority to provide an advertised service, and before continuing to advertise that service. Notify us of other registration-status changes within ten business days. We may promptly unpublish a profile where required credentials are false, expired, withdrawn or suspended. Do not claim protected titles or services you are not authorised to provide. Follow the advertising requirements that apply to your profession.

You are responsible for assessing and accepting clients, informed consent, clinical care, confidentiality, records, insurance, billing and complaints about your services. Supported membership is directory access, not employment, agency, partnership or a guarantee of referrals or revenue. You set and collect your own clinical fees. We take no commission on sessions or charge per enquiry or client.

Only submit content you may lawfully publish. Do not upload client records, identifiable client stories, client photographs or testimonials. Use a professional business address or service area rather than a private home address unless you deliberately choose public disclosure.

Before publication, we compare the professional information you provide with the public registry of the regulatory college for your profession, where one exists. We check the details available on that registry, including name, registration number, current registration status and publicly displayed practice restrictions, and record the source and check date. This is a registry comparison, not an independent identity, background, training or quality-of-care investigation. A badge covers only the specific registration information checked. Where no applicable college registry exists or a claim cannot be confirmed from it, we do not describe that claim as college-verified; any other verification method must be separately explained. We review registration information again when a professional reports a change or credible information raises a concern. We describe precisely what a verification badge covers. A founding badge is separate from credential verification. Neither badge grants professional authorisation or indicates clinical quality.

3. Solo price and beta offer

The standard solo subscription is CAD $49 per month, plus applicable taxes. Tax types and amounts are shown before you authorise payment; taxes are charged only where legally applicable. There is no setup fee, client commission or founding-member discount.

Launch schedule:

  • Beta begins November 1, 2026. Eligible solo professionals accepted during beta pay no membership fees during beta.
  • Public launch is February 1, 2027.
  • Eligible beta professionals receive six free calendar months after public launch: February 1 through July 31, 2027 inclusive.
  • The first monthly charge for eligible beta members is August 1, 2027. Their subscription then renews monthly on the first day of each month unless cancelled. Professionals joining on or after public launch are charged from paid activation and renew monthly on the billing date disclosed before authorisation.

This is a fixed promotional period for eligible beta professionals, not six months starting on each professional’s individual signup date. Professionals joining on or after public launch receive no introductory free period or other special offer. They pay the regular CAD $49 monthly price plus applicable taxes from paid activation, with the first charge and renewal date shown before payment authorisation. Founding status does not add a discount or extend this period.

We will email you at least seven days before the first charge, stating the amount, applicable taxes, charge date and cancellation instructions. We will not charge without your express recurring-payment authorisation. If you have not authorised payment, we will invite you to activate a paid subscription; your profile may be unpublished when free access ends, but you will not owe an unapproved subscription charge.

If public launch is delayed, we will notify you. Eligible beta professionals will still receive six full calendar months free following the revised public launch, and the first charge will move accordingly. We will confirm the revised dates and obtain any renewed authorisation required by law. We will not bring the first charge forward without your express agreement.

4. Recurring billing, cancellation and refunds

Stripe billing. We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Before you authorise payment, we show the recurring CAD $49 monthly price, applicable taxes, the total recurring charge, first charge date and renewal frequency. Your authorised payment method is charged automatically on each renewal until you cancel. We provide an electronic confirmation and a retainable copy of the accepted billing terms. We will not charge you merely because you created a free beta profile; recurring charges require your express authorisation.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel without a cancellation fee through any billing-management link we provide or by emailing info@supported.health. You do not need to delete your account or attend a call. If you cannot access your account or billing controls, email us for help. We may ask for enough information to identify the subscription, but never your full card number.

Stopping the next renewal. Cancel before your next renewal to stop that charge. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours beforehand to allow time for processing, especially when emailing us. This recommendation is not an extra paid notice period: if we receive your cancellation before renewal and a renewal charge still goes through, we will reverse it. We confirm cancellation electronically. Cancellation after a renewal has already occurred normally stops the following renewal.

Access after cancellation. After ordinary cancellation, your profile and paid features remain available until the end of the paid billing period, unless you request earlier unpublication or a lawful restriction applies. Cancellation does not itself refund the current period. You may request account deletion separately; deleting the account also stops future renewals, but does not itself create a refund entitlement. Simply hiding a profile or not using Supported does not cancel a subscription.

Free-period cancellation. Eligible beta members may cancel before their first charge on August 1, 2027 and pay nothing. Cancelling a future paid renewal does not itself end the accepted free period; you may continue using eligible free access until July 31, 2027 unless you request closure or earlier unpublication, or a lawful restriction applies. Paid activation after the free period still requires valid payment authorisation. We email a reminder at least seven days before the first charge.

Refunds. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for an unused part of a month, non-use, a change of mind or forgetting to cancel. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by law. Contact info@supported.health about a billing error, an unauthorised charge or a material failure to provide the paid service. We correct verified billing errors, refund amounts that should not have been charged, and provide any remedy required by law. We may also offer a refund in other circumstances at our discretion; that does not create an ongoing refund entitlement. If we permanently discontinue your paid service or terminate it for our convenience, we refund the prepaid unused portion. If a refund is granted, the access covered by that refund may end when the refund is processed; we will explain the effect. Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method where available. Statutory deadlines apply, and bank processing may affect when funds appear.

Failed payments. Keep your billing details current. If an authorised payment fails, we notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to update your details before restricting paid access. We do not add undisclosed late fees or treat a free account as a debt. Any retry relates only to an authorised amount genuinely due and stops when that amount is no longer owed.

Price changes. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase or material adverse billing change. Changes apply only to future renewals, and you can cancel before they take effect. We obtain fresh agreement where required. The accepted beta free period will not be shortened by a price change. Mandatory statutory rights prevail over any inconsistent term.

5. Founding professionals: ten places

The first ten approved solo-professional profiles receive founding-member status, provided the professionals agree to the participation expectations below. We determine order using the recorded time each profile is approved, not the time an incomplete application is started. An incomplete application or unverified signup does not reserve a place. We confirm founding status directly; it is not guaranteed merely by starting signup.

The sole additional benefit is a Founding Member badge next to your name on your Supported profile, subject to the website’s display format. It carries no special discount, extra free period, preferential search placement, guaranteed referrals, equity, governance rights or ownership. All eligible beta professionals receive the same published beta offer, whether or not they hold a founding badge.

Founding members agree to be reasonably available for occasional short founder calls or emails about platform design and to make reasonable efforts to try relevant new features and provide honest feedback. Invitations will respect your schedule; there is no obligation to share client information, provide a positive review, record a call or participate in public marketing. Testing must not interfere with safe care or professional duties.

Feedback is voluntary in substance: you can decline a particular request or feature test. If you no longer wish to participate in the founding programme, tell us. We may remove the badge after discussing sustained non-participation with you and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. Losing or declining the badge does not cancel ordinary membership, shorten the beta offer or create a fee or penalty. We do not reallocate confirmed founding places after an ordinary cancellation unless we separately announce a revised programme; no more than ten active founding-professional badges will be issued under this offer.

The badge is displayed only while you have an approved, published profile and remain eligible. It is not a guarantee of permanent service or a transferable asset. You retain rights in your original feedback; you permit us to use suggestions to improve the platform without a compensation obligation. This permission does not authorise use of your name or comments as a testimonial or disclosure of confidential information.

6. Future founding clinics: five places

Supported intends to recognise up to five founding clinics when clinic onboarding opens. Clinic applications, reservations, payments and contracts are not currently available. Clinic pricing and eligibility will be disclosed before any clinic is invited to join. No clinic discount or extra free period is promised. The intended additional recognition is a founding-clinic badge only. Interest in the programme does not reserve a place or create an obligation to buy. Separate terms will be offered when clinic onboarding opens.

7. Suspension, termination and notices

The Terms and Conditions govern restrictions for inaccurate credentials, misuse or other material breaches. Restriction does not permit charging for a period we have not supplied contrary to law. We will explain any billing effect and apply the cancellation and refund terms above. You may request review at info@supported.health. No clause waives statutory privacy, consumer or other non-excludable rights.

We send membership, verification and billing notices to your account email. Keep it current. Promotional email consent is separate from this agreement. Agreement changes follow the notice and acceptance provisions above and in the Terms and Conditions.
